The trolley has a welded steel frame with a tough plywood platform. It is designed as a heavy duty commercial platform trolley and comes with has two fixed wheels and two swivel casters fitted with solid rubber tyres and roller bearing hubs. One of the trolleys castors is fitted with a parking brake.
