Build a hand truck to suit your requirements

You can use this section to build your own Magliner hand truck. Only the most popular frames, noses/toes, handles and wheels are shown - We can however supply all Magliner parts and make up thousands of different Magliner hand trucks to suit your individual needs. If you have a requirement for different Magliner parts or some of the special accessories (eg. folding nose, canvas bags, plastic curb ramps, brakes etc), please call or email us the details. If you are not sure what combination is best for you, call or email us with inforamtion about your intended application.

Frame No.1 Straight back frame to provide structure and support for the hand truck.	Frame No.2 Straight lattice back for general use and transporting smaller packages.	Frame No.4 Straight back frame with moulded cross members make the hand truck even lighter.	Frame No.5 Curved back frame with moulded cross members for transporting gas bottles, large cans, barrels and kegs.

Handle No.11 Polpular 'U' loop handle is ergonomically designed to provide comfort and easy operation of the hand truck.	Handle No.16 Standard double pistol grip handle. Handles are comfortably curved out to meet the operator's hands and provide two-handed control.	Handle No.19 'U' loop handle with vinil sleeve for a comfortable grip and reduced user fatique.	Handle No.30 Bolted double grip handle angled out to meet the operator's hands. Available in 1300mm height.	Handle No.15A Vertical P-shaped handle with Hi-U extension for single hand steering. NB: Not suitable for Frame no.5

Nose AM Die-cast magnesium with recessed heel is 350 x 190mm (WxD).	Nose UM Die-cast magnesium with recessed heel is 450 x 190mm (WxD).	Nose HM Die-cast magnesium with recessed heel is 350 x 300mm (WxD)	Nose E1 Extruded aluminium recessed heel. 350 x 230mm (WxD)	Nose K Extruded aluminium with flush mounted heel. 400 x 300mm (K1) or 500 x 300mm (K2) (WxD)

Wheels No.830 strong one-piece polyolefin hub with ø200mm puncture-resistant shock-absorbing, non-marking balloon cushion tires and double and double-groove ball bearings.	Wheels No.1030 strong one-piece polyolefin hub with ø260mm puncture-resistant shock-absorbing, non-marking balloon cushion tires and double and double-groove ball bearings.	Wheels No.1060 ø260mm 4 ply rated, pneumatic tybe-type tire with sealed semi-precision bearings and corrosion resistant hub. Excellent shock absorbtion.	Wheels No.1010 ø260mm puncture-resistant microcellular foam tire with sealed semi-precision ball bearings - never goes flat, performs like a pneumatic tire but doesn't need air!

We deliver the hand-trucks assembled and £11 is charged for this. If you'd prefer to assemble them yourselves, you can de-select this option below.
